Full renovation, decoration and furnishings. This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment was turned a comfortable 2-bedrooms/2-bathrooms suites with additional separate guest WC. From concept to final handover, our mission included following the good execution of the works (plumbing, electricity, heating, flooring, dropped ceilings, masonry, tiling etc), and entire furnishings and decoration. We moved the kitchen to the open space reception, and created new -often hidden- storage areas, making sure to keep the accent on the beautiful and luminous Haussmannian façades and a large tree with greenery. Mixing old-and-new in our true Contemparisian™ spirit, we went for a vintage mirror-wall that adds charm and brings light to the space.
All the works were conducted in the absence of the Client who is Dubai-based.
Regular reports were sent, materials and finishes were approved remotely. This apartment is destined for premium rental.
