The London-based owners of this beautiful apartment had been looking for a few years for the perfect French-style, bright, well located, high-floor place to call home in Paris. This one ticked all the boxes, with the perk of an additional third small bedroom.
We were entrusted with redecorating the place, minimising works or breakage and fully furnishing it. The objective was to create a home-away-from-home for them, yet with a short-term target to rent it as a premium property. All the selections were approved by the owners from a distance. This is our second project with them.
