Project Marina Gate (2), Dubai.

Overlooking Dubai Marina, this project brought together six apartments entrusted to us by an overseas investor, with one clear objective: to create distinctive, welcoming interiors that would stand out in the competitive holiday rental market.

Each apartment was given its own personality, with a different design concept, colour palette and selection of furnishings, creating six individual homes rather than a collection of identical rental properties.

From the initial design concept to the final accessories, we handled every aspect of furnishing and decoration, including sourcing, procurement, deliveries and installation. With everything managed locally, our client could oversee the entire project from abroad, confident that every detail was being taken care of.

The result is a collection of fully furnished, ready-to-enjoy apartments that have since enjoyed strong rental demand.
