Project La Muette.

For these clients living abroad, Paris has always held a special place in their hearts. Having lived here before, they wanted their new home to reflect their love of Parisian style, with a contemporary twist — what I like to call Contemparisian™.

Renovation works were already underway when they approached me to take care of the decorative aspects of the project, from colours and fabrics to furniture and lighting. The brief called for airy, flowing spaces, a touch of vintage charm and an authentic, lived-in feel.

A soothing palette of warm neutrals sets the tone, contrasted by a bold, floor-to-ceiling green in the entrance and hallway. Bespoke joinery combines practicality and character, creating a welcoming seating area, discreet shoe storage and cleverly concealing the electrical panel.

The result is a timeless, warm and effortlessly elegant Parisian home, with room to evolve as its owners add their own personal touches over time.
